How to find us
Chorley Tennis Club is located within the grounds of Chorley Cricket Club on Sandringhan Road (PR7 1LG). The cricket club kindly allows tennis players to access the courts and the limited parking spaces adjacent by taking the driveway through their club. Chorley Cricket Club is accessed from the end of Sandringham Road, off Southport Road (A581) heading west out of Chorley. The area where the Tennis and Cricket Club are located is known as Windsor Park.
However for team matches we encourage visiting players wherever possible to park on or near Walgarth Drive and take the short footpath to the Club. The postcode for the location of this pathway off Walgarth Drive is PR7 2QW (see map).
Walgarth Drive is the third exit off the mini roundabout at the end of Ashfield Road. Turn left into Ashfield Road off the A581 Southport Rd heading out of Chorley, after the town hall and Chorley police station on the right.
Or if travelling from the west or the motorway, and you’ve passed the Tesco roundabout with the store to the right, turn right into Ashfield Road after the school on the left and the cemetery on the right.
Please note the Clubhouse itself does not have a postal address and cannot receive mail. To write to the Club please email Shirley Brewer, the Club Secretary, on firstname.lastname@example.org or write to Chorley Tennis Club at C/O 10 Walgarth Drive, Chorley PR7 2QW
